Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site ilarna.com (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you register to use our site or mobile app, subscribe to our service, search for a caregiver or personal assistant worker or product, contract with a caregiver or a personal assistant on our site, participate in jobs boards, discussion boards or other social media functions on our site including caregiver reviews, enter a competition, promotion or survey, contract with a caregiver, personal assistant or care client, care seeker or service initiator and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, personal description and photograph or video content, names of family members, details of medical professionals and or other members of your relevant to the ilarna connected community. Information we collect about you. Regarding each of your visits to our site or mobile app, we will automatically collect the following information.
Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or mobile device to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform.
Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), caregiver and personal assistant workers or products you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs, methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
Information we receive from other sources. This is information we receive about you, if you use any of our other partner websites we may operate or cooperate with or the other services we may provide. In this case we will inform you when we have collected that data and we intend to share this data internally and combine it with data collected on this site or mobile device via our ilarna terms and conditions page. We will also have told you for what purpose we will share and combine your data. We may work with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies, insurance companies and charities). We will always attempt to notify you if we receive information about you from them and the purposes for which we intend to use that information. This information which may be contained in a digital ‘care plan’ or ‘service request’ within the ilarna platform and mobile application and will only be disclosed to third parties with the client’s permission.
Medical or dietary information provided by service users to caregivers via the ilarna platform. General but anonymised medical data collected by our digital care plan or digital service request algorithms regarding medical conditions or pharmaceutical regimes of clients may however be shared with third parties purely for research and development purposes. This helps us to provide you with a great experience when you browse our website, this also allows us to improve the operational continuity of our site and mobile applications. You can then if you wish request that your personal data be archived (this includes all personal data including if you are a caregiver regarding details about any vaccination information you have supplied us with), where it will be never used for any purpose before being destroyed after a period of seven years.
